What will you eat?!
So lots of delish spring centered meals! Salads, light soups, quinoa bowls, in-season veggies and fruits (asparagus, peas, strawberries,etc...)- everything is designed with a good plant-based protein, a good fat (ex. avocado), and a good carb (ex. veggies and dark leafy greens). We work with local farmers so the meals will vary on what produce we get from them. Soooo fun!
Here’s all the info…
1. Spring Renewal Meal Plan Package includes:
- 10 lunches
- 10 dinners
- all shopping for groceries
- all prepping and cooking meals and clean up
- packaging and storing
- stress-free 10 days!
All Spring Renewal lunches and dinners will be provided (20 meals) for the detox program. You just grab and go… no work on your part. All ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible, seasonal, organic and high-quality.
You can also add on smoothies and juices for your snacks or breakfast at checkout!
2. Decide if you want to pick up your meals (there will be 3-4 pick up days during your cleanse) or have them delivered.
If you want delivery, decide on your delivery time. We usually have your gorgeous meals at your door by 7:30 am. Add on delivery fee at check out!
*If you need a different time for pick-up or delivery, tell us, and we’ll try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
3. Purchase 10 Day Meal Package
A big part of my coaching deals with finding ways to get real, whole foods into your system. If you are traveling back and forth for work or have a crazy busy week during the cleanse, don’t worry. I want you to come with us for Spring Renewal, and if the roadblock to feeling your absolute best is cooking and all that goes with it, let’s solve that problem with having an experienced cook take over the stress for you.
