Your invited to RASA's WINTER SOLSTICE YOGA CELEBRATION!
The winter solstice celebrates both the long hours of darkness but also the rebirth of the sun and the light that it brings. This time is thought to be for regeneration, renewal, and self-reflection.
Take the time this December to tune into your mind, body, and soul and find some moments of peace and relaxation as we move through a Vinyasa Slow Flow-Yin fusion class. Enjoy am extended savasana with essential oils and then gather afterwards for DIY holiday smudge sticks, crystals, and winter treats.
Date: Saturday December 21st
Place: RASA juice shop (report to the shop and we will go to our beautiful studio space on MD Ave for the 2 hour class and eats!)

About the instructor:
Allie Cushley is a new yoga teacher in the Annapolis area. She finished her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in April 2019 and is excited to share the power of movement and breath with her community. She has been practicing yoga for 2 years and loves exploring new ways to move. As an advocate for mental health, Allie shares how yoga and meditation can give people the tools to heal their mind and body both on and off the mat. As an advocate for essential oils, CBD and better beauty, Allie enjoys incorporating other holistic health methods into her classes. Her favorite poses to explore include any arm balance or inversion. As a new instructor, Allie is still exploring what style she likes teaching, but she has an interest in teaching All Levels Warm, Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative.
"Yoga is important to me because it's much more powerful than you think. Yoga really has helped me keep balance in my mind, body and soul, and that's something I want to share with others. My biggest passion is sharing how transformative a yoga practice can be to someone's life. I'm learning I prefer to teach a slower paced class to teach people the power of tuning into their own breath!"
