The Fall Equinox or Mabon marks transition to winter and darker days. Mabon is the point of balance between dark and light, feminine and masculine, cold and warm. We've celebrated the light and reaped its rewards, now it's time to seek the wisdom to let the light guide us through the dark of the year as we begin our search within ourselves.
Allie Cushley, 200 YT and local instructor, will lead a 60 minute Yin Yoga class. After class we will honor the change of season by making goddess wreaths with crystals, local fresh herbs and flowers.
The wreaths will be a symbol of gratitude to the universe for the light, love, energy and guidance it provides.
The food is our harvest and community is connection!
