About the instructor:

Heather Hodges-Gwaltney

Heather is a 200-hour RYT who received her certification through Charm City Yoga in 2012. Her journey began as a student of Bikram yoga when she fell in love with the heated room and the positive vibes shared with the other students.

Heather sees the yoga mat as a place for transformation and discovery. She strives to guide students in a way that enables them to practice for the long haul, pain and injury free. Most of all she wants her students to have fun and look forward to their time in class.

After the birth of her first child, Heather started teaching yoga to kids as well. She loves watching the children use their imagination to cultivate a feeling of peace and happiness within themselves. She has experienced firsthand how yoga provides children with the strategies necessary to thrive.
