Homegrown lemon balm, milky oats and mint soothe and nourish the nerves, helping you feel cool, calm and grounded - even in the heat of summer. 

We love to brew this tea overnight, strain the next morning and enjoy over ice!

Use 1 heaping tablespoon of tea for every 8 ounces of water. Steep covered for at least 5 minutes (or longer for a stronger, more soothing cup), strain and enjoy!

Homegrown lemon balm, lemon verbena, milky oat tops, peppermint and spearmint, organic oat straw and pink roses.
